About The Position

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is looking for a committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our growing team. This full-time position pays $50–$65 per hour and offers a flexible schedule within a supportive, balanced work environment. Our mission is to positively impact the lives of children with autism and their families by cultivating a culture rooted in compassion, teamwork, and customized ABA treatment. This role involves local travel to observe services, guide implementation, and ensure treatment fidelity. In this BCBA role, you will develop and supervise individualized behavior plans, provide clinical leadership to technicians, complete assessments, and work closely with families and community partners to support meaningful progress. You will also help run staff trainings, track and support technician performance, and contribute to a collaborative and unified team culture. Attendance at IEP or IFSP meetings may also be required to support care coordination and advocate for client needs. Requirements

  • Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
