About The Position

Here at Dream Bigger ABA we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for individuals with behavioral health needs. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and the ability to work effectively with clients across various settings, including those with disabilities and special education needs.

Requirements

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and experience in diagnostic evaluation.
Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities, special education needs, and behavioral health issues.
Proficient in patient assessment techniques and medical documentation practices.
Experience in research data collection methods related to behavioral analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
Stay informed about current research in the field of behavioral health to enhance practice.
