About the position

As a BCBA at our organization, your voice is heard and your ideas are respected. You will be presented as the subject matter expert to potential families, and your treatment plan will drive the conversation to provide the best services possible. We service a wide age population, tailored not only to the 'littles' (ages 2-10) but also extending to learners up to 17-20 years old, with no age-out restriction. In this role, you will take an active part in Parent onboarding training, contributing to a company culture that fosters advancement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create individualized behavior plans for clients.
  • Mentor RBTs and BCaBAs through the Cultivate Apprenticeship Program.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to build and shape your caseload.
  • Participate in Parent onboarding training.
  • Work alongside an experienced Clinical Manager to enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • Must be a certified BCBA.
  • Experience working with a wide age range of clients, particularly children and adolescents.

Nice-to-haves

  • Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in mentoring or training staff.
