About The Position

Join GulfSouth Autism Center as a BCBA in vibrant Covington, LA where your expertise will drive innovation and make a tangible impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Lead a dynamic team while collaborating with professionals in a multidisciplinary environment that champions integrity and safety and incorporates Speech Therapy and Occupational therapy along with ABA therapy all under the same clinic roof. Salary range between $85,000.00-$110,000.00, depending on experience and desired caseload. $5,000 signing Bonus, paid at contract signing Up to $10, 000 in relocation assistance We offer flexible work options that include: Flexible work Hours/Schedule Full time and a variety of part-time schedule options are available. As part of your role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices, conduct assessments, track client progress, and engage with families to communicate successes and adjustments. Strong collaboration skills are required, as you will also work closely with speech and occupational therapists, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care. You will also collaborate closely with behavior technicians who you will mentor and guide while fostering a culture of continuous learning. Our SPEAK Program incorporates intensive and individualized one-on-one ABA services, this approach helps our clients prepare for independence in a school environment.
