As part of your role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices, conduct assessments, track client progress, and engage with families to communicate successes and adjustments. Strong collaboration skills are required, as you will also work closely with speech and occupational therapists, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care. You will also collaborate closely with behavior technicians who you will mentor and guide while fostering a culture of continuous learning. Requirements Must be a Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, with no pending litigation or disciplinary actions. Must carry professional liability insurance with a minimum limit of coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 Our Mission Gulfsouth Autism Center programs are structured around Applied Behavior Analysis integrated into a multidisciplinary approach. Our SPEAK Program incorporates intensive and individualized one-on-one ABA services, this approach helps our clients prepare for independence in a school environment.
