About The Position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Circle City ABA is responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising staff to ensure effective implementation of therapy. The BCBA will also engage with families and caregivers to facilitate communication and support, while fostering a positive work environment within the team.
