The BCBA is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services, and clinical oversight to 8 Specialized youth with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and/or emotional and behavioral challenges in a therapeutic congregate care setting. The individual is responsible for creating comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and on-going training to a team of 16 Youth Support Specialist, who are trained as Registered Behavior Technicians, and other direct care staff that work with youth in care. The BCBA also collaborates with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective treatment approach that improves the client's quality of life.
