POSITION SUMMARY The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising individualized therapy programs for individuals receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. These programs aim to improve daily functioning, independence, and overall quality of life. The BCBA utilizes evidence-based ABA strategies-such as positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading, and task analysis-to create effective behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans tailored to each client. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the BCBA provides ongoing supervision of RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to treatment plans, and professional growth. This role includes overseeing data collection systems, analyzing behavior data to monitor client progress, and making data-driven decisions in collaboration with families and care teams.
