About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virginia Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services (AOK) Alpha & Omega Kids (AOK) is a fast-growing, clinician-led ABA organization serving families across Virginia, New York, Georgia, and Florida . We provide compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental differences while building long-term partnerships with families and communities. We are expanding our Virginia clinical teams and seeking passionate, mission-driven Full-Time Salaried BCBAs who want to practice excellent ABA in a supportive, well-resourced environment, without burnout culture. You’ll design treatment plans, mentor technicians, collaborate with families, and help shape high-quality clinical systems as we grow. We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy mentoring staff and contributing to a strong clinical culture.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for Virginia licensure
  • ABA clinical experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical judgment and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train RBTs and paraprofessionals
  • Monitor data and adjust programs using evidence-based practices
  • Partner closely with families and caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and school teams
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and treatment updates
  • Ensure ethical and compliant service delivery
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
