Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

If so, Adina ABA is hiring for the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst. At Adina ABA, we provide gentle, comprehensive ABA therapy services to clients that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related disorders, enabling them to reach their full potentials. We believe in unlocking and nurturing these potentials by establishing trusting relationships and bringing joy to learning. This is an in-home and community-based BCBA position. The BCBA will follow best practice standards and ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB while conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, and while directly supervising registered behavior technicians. The BCBA will collaborate with other professionals and service providers to provide a continuum of care and prioritize caregiver training and participation.
Requirements
- Must hold a Master’s Degree or higher
- Active BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) must be completed within 30 days of employment
- Availability Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Some evenings may be required.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of working as a BCBA is preferred
