We have established unique and collaborative partnerships with childcare centers, where we offer specialized ABA therapy services to children. Job Opportunity: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Brightstone Therapy Location: Columbus, GA Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Why are we different? We are led by a team of Behavior Analysts that have over 25 years certified combined and who truly understand the significance of the work we do every day. We provide ABA services clients homes, communities, and in childcare centers that are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions. We provide ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom. We observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on. What we are looking for: Seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in Columbus, GA homes and community settings.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to commute between our partner childcare locations in the Savannah area with additional compensation provided

Responsibilities

Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges.
Provide training to RBTs and clients family.

Compensation: $85,000 starting with tiered compensation structure based off certification year
Up to $15,000 performance-based bonuses yearly
