The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts functional assessments of challenging behaviors and designs comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans to meet individual and family needs. The BCBA trains and provides clinical supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and treatment implementation. Performs functional assessments of challenging behaviors for assigned clients Designs, implements and evaluates behavioral support and intervention plans Supports caregivers of clients with strategies for behavior support to maximize individual and familial functioning Teaches and models behavior support techniques to caregivers and direct care staff Provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and assigned clinical staff Provides initial and ongoing Registered Behavior Technician training and competency assessment Monitors implementation and documentation (programs, targets, data) for assigned Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff Meets direct care and documentation requirements for assigned caseload Teaches and models behavior support techniques to caregivers and direct care staff Provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and assigned clinical staff Provides initial and ongoing Registered Behavior Technician training and competency assessment Monitors implementation and documentation (programs, targets, data) for assigned Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff Meets direct care and documentation requirements for assigned caseload
