Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to develop intervention plans, analyze data to inform decision about progress and programming, work cooperatively with stakeholders, write assessment and IP reports as needed, and collaborate regularly with other group home BCBA’s. You will also provide ongoing training for our DSP’s (Direct Support Professionals), including universal behavioral strategies, behavior reduction strategies, and reinforcement settings. Our BCBAs receive ongoing support, weekly one-on-one meetings with their manager, and growth opportunities throughout their time at Aspire. Hours/Shift: Full time, Flexible Schedule - Make your own schedule! Caseload: about 18 individuals, between our home and day programs in Harford County. Most individuals require infrequent check-ins Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
