Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles during the 2025–2026 school year . Position Details Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week Start Date: ASAP Location: In-person Role Focus: Coach and support school staff Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams Set and support academic and behavioral goals Create teacher-friendly data collection systems Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders This role does not include RBT supervision

Requirements

• Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois
• Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
