This role is primarily a telehealth position where you would support from Columbia, SC to Charlotte, NC area where you will be able to make a difference with children affected by autism. However, to ensure the highest quality standards, we require you to travel two days every two weeks to your assigned market to foster stronger relationships with your clients, their families and your team. Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects As a key member of our interdisciplinary ABA team, you'll lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism. Your daily impact includes: Managing & Supervising Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery. Conducting Assessments & Planning: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans. Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success. Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.
