Job Summary & Deliverables The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts functional assessments of challenging behaviors and designs comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans to meet individual and family needs. The BCBA trains and provides clinical supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and treatment implementation.
