Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach to drive lasting change for children with autism spectrum disorder. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services), the company prioritizes BCBA success to focus on making socially meaningful changes in the lives of children and families. Since 2005, Butterfly Effects has transformed the lives of over 14,000 families through individualized ABA therapy. The company is a fully accredited BHCOE organization, upholding BACB guidelines and prioritizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA without rigid quotas. They offer on-the-ground support from local/regional clinical directors and clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans. Butterfly Effects is also a co-founder of the National Coalition for Access to Autism Services (NCAAS) and the Louisiana Coalition for Access to Autism Services (LCAAS), non-profits dedicated to expanding access to ABA regardless of socio-economic status.
