Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person role for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year in Maywood, IL. Position Details Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week Start Date: ASAP Location: In-person, Maywood / Melrose Park / Broadway School District 89 Role Focus: Coach and support school staff Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams Set and support academic and behavioral goals Create teacher-friendly data collection systems Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders

Requirements

Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois
Valid PEL
Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs

Nice To Haves

School-based experience preferred
