SpringHealth Behavioral is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Lawrenceville clinic team full-time. Our BCBAs: Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology. Serve as members of Interdisciplinary Teams providing expertise regarding behavioral issues. Are responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting. Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
