We are looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide comprehensive behavior analytic services to children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients, possess a thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, and be able to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism. The successful candidate will supervise RBTs, provide ongoing assessments, monitor progress, and provide guidance to families. Here’s why you want to work for Speech Tactics!!! Responsibilities

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to assess and develop behavior plans for children.
  • Develop and implement behavior plans tailored to each child's individual needs
  • Create individualized skill acquisition programs for all clients that are functional, ethical, and family-focused.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with clients’ multidisciplinary therapy team (ST/OT/PT/Psych)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of the behavior plans.
  • Monitor all client data
  • Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Develop and implement positive reinforcement strategies.
  • Maintain records of client progress.
  • RBT Supervision/Training
