Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides comprehensive youth and family support services to primary caregivers of children and teens with developmental and intellectual disabilities, serving families across the state of New Jersey. We are seeking Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team and provide compassionate, individualized care to clients with moderate to severe autism. This is an in-person position offering caseloads of up to 40 hours per week. A BCBA will provide in-home and community-based ABA services, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. You will work closely with the client, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create impactful change and promote meaningful skill development.
