Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote | Evening EST Coverage
About The Position
At Treetop ABA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that truly make a difference for children and families. Our approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply collaborative—partnering with families to ensure therapy is meaningful, practical, and impactful. We are seeking a full-time BCBA to support Georgia in-home services in a fully remote role. This position requires availability to cover afternoon and evening hours needed for clients in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). The role is well-suited for BCBAs located in the Pacific Time Zone or other time zones who can reliably support later EST coverage. This position allows you to work from home while providing meaningful clinical oversight, supervision, and family collaboration for in-home clients in Georgia.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active Georgia LBA or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Availability required for afternoon and evening EST hours
- Consistent coverage of later hours is essential to meet client needs

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Provide remote supervision and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports
- Stay current with ABA research, ethics, and best practices
