About The Position

Brite ABA (formerly Bright Future ABA Solutions) is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA company committed to ethical, family-centered, and data-driven services. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with strong emphasis on clinician support, collaboration, and professional growth. We uphold BACB ethical standards, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and follow payer compliance expectations to ensure responsible, effective care for every client. We are currently seeking a Texas-based BCBA to support a new insurance-referred client in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for a BCBA looking for a part-time opportunity with flexibility and strong clinical support. Services for this case may include in-home and school-based ABA support, based on client needs and authorization. Supervision may be provided in person, hybrid, or via telehealth, depending on location and service requirements. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Must reside in Texas or be able to travel within the DFW area
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical and compassionate ABA services

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supervising RBTs and training staff preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
  • Provide supervision and clinical oversight of RBTs/BTs
  • Review data regularly and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and clinical team members as needed
