Finni Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, mission-driven team! At Common Ground Learning, we provide high-quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals ages 1–18 across Boise and the Treasure Valley. We specialize in creating individualized, meaningful treatment programs that support growth in communication, social skills, and independence, empowering individuals to build and maintain meaningful relationships and reach their fullest potential. Our Progressive approach to ABA empowers BCBAs with professional autonomy, encouraging clinical judgment and in-the-moment decision-making while delivering a thoughtful, learner-centered curriculum for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We aim to foster growth in communication and social behavior, empowering individuals to make and maintain meaningful relationships and to reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- In-home ABA experience required
- Background in early childhood development and education
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Train and support parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
