In this role, you will design, oversee, and supervise individualized ABA treatment programs while working closely with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team. This is a full-time, in-clinic position offering significant autonomy alongside a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas (LBA)
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for ethical, compassionate, and client-centered ABA practice

Nice To Haves

Experience with CentralReach or similar practice management software preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support generalization
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and insurance standards
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
