You'll design individualized treatment plans, coach families with compassion, and mentor your team to provide care that is both ethical and meaningful. You'll collaborate closely with families, schools, and fellow professionals, while being supported by a leadership team that invests in your success.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification (BACB in good standing).
  • Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ethical, compassionate care that changes lives.

Nice To Haves

  • Kansas LBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thoughtful, individualized assessments and reassessments.
  • Create treatment plans that are unique, creative, and evidence-based.
  • Provide direct services to clients and equip families with practical strategies.
  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
  • Monitor data daily, celebrate wins, and adjust programs for continued growth.
  • Prepare reports that reflect progress and highlight next steps.
  • Partner with families, schools, and community providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Model the values of integrity, compassion, and teamwork in everything you do.
