In This Role, You Will: Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups Conduct FBAs and analyze data Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families

Requirements

• Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing)
• 1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
• Strong communication and data skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
• Conduct FBAs and analyze data
• Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students
• Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families
