About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our fun and growing ABA clinic in Temecula, CA Schedule: Full-Time - Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm Part-Time - Monday-Friday (at least 3 consistent days/week) afternoons 8:00-1:00pm, 2:00pm-6pm Compensation: Full-Time - $85,000-$102,000/ yearly between base salary + monthly bonus structure Part-Time - $40.00-$43.00/hour between base hourly rate Comprehensive Benefits packages: Full-Time benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, paid CEUs, and more! Requirements

  • Current and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with children ages 0-16 Years-old
  • 0-5 years working with children with developmental disability
  • MMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
  • Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics
