Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis or human service-related field
Current BCBA Certification
Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments
Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans
Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism
Highly organized
Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferred

Responsibilities

Conducts intake assessments for patients using provided curriculum
Creates skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs and strategies
Participates in interdisciplinary collaboration/ meetings with educators, speech, and occupational therapists
Analyzes client data and makes necessary program modifications
Models implementation of treatment for BCaBAs and RBTs
Evaluates staff performance, provides training, and feedback
Completes progress reports in accordance with structured deadlines
Conducts patient re-assessments when necessary
Conducts caregiver training as required
Provides exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conduct
