You’ll have the freedom to work remotely while still building real connections with clients and your team, with only one in-person session required each month.

Requirements

• BCBA Certification
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
• Experience working with children with autism/developmental needs
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• A compassionate, client-first mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help!)
• Ability to meet physical job requirements
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide 1:1 therapy and support for families
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Stay up to date with the latest in ABA best practices
