Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Childhood Autism ServicesPapillion, NE
$88,000 - $96,000

About The Position

At Childhood Autism Services (CAS), our commitment to Integrity, Individualization, and Impact guides every aspect of our work-from the services we provide to our clients to the way we support our families and our team. This dedication to quality and ethical practice is reflected in our national accreditation through the Behavior Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE). Our team values collaboration, inclusion, and meaningful support at every level. We create an environment where both our clients and staff are set up to thrive. With services provided across clinic, home, and community settings, we offer flexibility while maintaining a high standard of individualized, compassionate care. We are looking for an engaging, dedicated BCBA who is passionate about making a meaningful impact. In this role, you will design individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to behavior technicians within a supportive, team-driven environment. Our structure is intentionally designed to support quality over quantity. BCBAs maintain a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients with a 25-hour weekly billing expectation, allowing the time needed for thoughtful supervision, collaboration with families, and clinically sound decision-making. We believe strong clinicians are built through support and opportunity. You will receive ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs, access to free CEUs, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. At CAS, we invest in your success so you can focus on what matters most-making a lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
