Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for an engaging, dedicated BCBA who is passionate about making a meaningful impact. In this role, you will design individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to behavior technicians within a supportive, team-driven environment. Our structure is intentionally designed to support quality over quantity. BCBAs maintain a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients with a 25-hour weekly billing expectation, allowing the time needed for thoughtful supervision, collaboration with families, and clinically sound decision-making. We believe strong clinicians are built through support and opportunity. You will receive ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs, access to free CEUs, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Requirements
- Nebraska License of Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to ethical standards.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred, but we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians through both direct and indirect oversight
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation in alignment with best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field
