About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in West Springfield ! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists , specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Clinical & Administrative Support Hybrid f lexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics BT Managers for performance and operational support BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing Learning & Advancement Internal CEUs and virtual trainings Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• Driving Requirement This position requires the successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
