This role combines direct clinical work with leadership and collaboration, giving you the opportunity to both guide practice and see progress firsthand. You’ll design and implement individualized behavior support plans, celebrate milestones as people reach their personal goals, and work closely with families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members. Your expertise will directly shape how individuals build independence, confidence, and connection in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
