About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a full -time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fayetteville, NC team. Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, communication skills, and confidence — while supporting families every step of the way. In this role, the BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized ABA treatment plans, provide clinical supervision and coaching to Behavior Technicians and RBTs, and collaborate closely with families and team members to support meaningful outcomes. Services may be delivered across multiple settings depending on client needs. This is a Monday–Friday position.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to ethical, family -centered ABA
