About The Position

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values expertise, strong clinical support, and career growth. This in-home (in-person) position focuses on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment, allowing for continuous and deep collaboration with clients, families, and a dedicated clinical team. The role involves overseeing and implementing programs with comprehensive support from robust operational teams and systems, ensuring the BCBA can concentrate on providing compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress in children's lives.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
