Role Overview As a BCBA with Discovery ABA, you'll play a key role in supporting children and families across the West Jordan and Salt Lake City areas.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Utah LBA certification (required)
  • Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Previous experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus
  • Being fluent in Spanish is a great bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and optimize treatment
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
