About The Position

Requirements

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Meets ESSA standards for qualified personnel.
Demonstrated experience with functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
Strong understanding of the Positive Behavior Support framework.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.
Ability to collect and interpret data to guide instructional and behavioral decisions.
Experience working in public school settings.
Background in developing tiered behavioral interventions (MTSS/PBIS).
Experience training staff and families in ABA-based strategies.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee individualized ABA programs to support students’ behavioral and academic progress.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
Develop, monitor, and adjust Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistent implementation of interventions.
Provide training and consultation for staff on evidence-based strategies and behavior management techniques.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and crisis-response planning.
Promote a culture of positive behavior support across school environments.
