ABA services in our partner schools are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions. Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the classroom. Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on. We are led by a team of Behavior Analysts that have over 25 years certified combined and who truly understand the significance of the work we do every day. Mostly school based must be willing to provide some support in home and community to bridge the gap between school and home.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Florida Medicaid Number.
• 1+ year as a BCBA in a school setting.
• 40 hour per week salaried position with a 30 hour per week billable requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges.
• Provide training to RBTs and childcare staff.
• Offer behavioral consultation within partner schools & collaborate with teachers to support students.
• Conduct FBAs, develop BIPs.
• Supervise students pursuing BCBA certification.
• Maintain compliance with all Payor and ethical standards.
• Mostly school based must be willing to provide some support in home and community to bridge the gap between school and home.
