About The Position

Join Our Team as a BCBA at The Arc Western Montana! The Arc Western Montana is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have flexibility for a full- (30+ hours) or part-time (20-29 hours) successful candidate. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people we serve while working in a collaborative, person-centered environment. In this role, you will conduct or assist with assessments, design individualized behavior support plans, and support the training and oversight of direct support staff in community, home, and center-based settings. Requirements

  • Graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or a related field
  • Active certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Licensed or license-eligible to practice as a BCBA in the State of Montana
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider
  • Minimum one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills
  • Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping
  • Must pass a background check and meet all state-mandated requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct or assist with behavioral assessments and functional analyses
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
  • Educate and train staff and caregivers in behavior support strategies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client success across settings
  • Document services and maintain records in accordance with regulations
  • Maintain billable hour expectations based on state requirements
