KIDS ABA SERVICESLittle Rock, AR

About The Position

At KIDS ABA Services, we believe ABA is more than a service—it’s an opportunity to change the trajectory of a child’s life. Every new skill, every behavior replaced, every moment of confidence gained matters. We build teams of clinicians who are energized by progress, grounded in ethical and evidence-based practice, and united by a shared mission: helping children thrive. We’re looking for a BCBA who wants more than a job; we’re looking for someone who wants to shape a better future for the children we serve and for the field itself. As a BCBA at KIDS ABA Services, you will be both a clinician and a leader. You will design and oversee treatment that builds functional skills, fosters independence, and helps families feel supported and empowered. You will guide clinical teams, partner with families, and translate data into meaningful progress. We’re seeking a clinician who believes ABA should be both ethical and transformative—someone who is motivated by progress, committed to evidence-based practice, and energized by seeing children gain confidence and independence. At KIDS ABA Services, you won’t just be managing a caseload—you’ll be helping children unlock new skills, families feel supported, and teams grow stronger. You will be contributing to a more ethical, progressive, and independence-focused future for the field of ABA. If you’re ready to bring your expertise, curiosity, and passion to a place where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and join us in shaping transformative, lifelong outcomes—one child at a time.
