The LifeWorks Schools are currently hiring for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our LifeWorks School System. $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!! Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree Education or related Human Service field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a school or mental health treatment setting.
  • Licensure: Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and support education and behavioral programs.
  • Participate in the assessment and data analysis of behavioral programs.
  • Assist with intervention and therapeutic program evaluations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge base of community resources for population served.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge base of age specific interventions for populations served.
  • Participates in department and facility Performance Improvement activities.
  • In addition to direct work with children, families and school representatives, this position requires report writing, attending meetings, staff meetings and regular communication with management.
