Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Licensed or license-eligible Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills
Comfortable working across center, home, and community settings
Reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass CORI/SORI background check and all required state clearances

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Experience supervising RBTs/BTs preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians/RBTs
Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
Deliver services across center, home, and community settings as clinically indicated
Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
Maintain ethical, evidence-based clinical practice
