About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with a school district in the Austin area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a structured schedule and the ability to make a direct impact on student outcomes. As a BCBA, you will design and oversee behavior intervention strategies that support students with diverse needs. You'll collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create positive and effective learning environments. Schedule & Setting Monday–Friday school-based hours No evenings or weekends School holidays and breaks off Supportive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Provide training and support to school staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
