As a BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach . You’ll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years .
