Requirements

• BCBA Certification
• Master’s degree in human service field
• One year experience with the developmentally disabled and or DD/MI preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA treatment programs for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Oversee the treatment assigned to each person’s case to ensure they are receiving top quality care.
