The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide applied behavior analysis evaluation and consultation to clients. They will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans. This position will start in the home setting and pivot to a clinic setting in the future. Compensation Range: $75,000-$85,000 To be successful in this role, a candidate will need to display a compassionate nature, empathy, and discretion in their work. The position will require excellent communication and time management skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, supervisors, and colleagues. Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
