About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based Opportunity Fort Worth, TX | 2026–2027 School Year Drive Positive Change. Support Student Success. Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with a school district in the Fort Worth area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a structured school schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' behavioral and academic outcomes. Position Overview As a BCBA, you will play a key role in supporting students with behavioral needs by developing and guiding effective intervention strategies. You'll collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to create positive, sustainable outcomes in the classroom. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Provide training and guidance to teachers and school staff
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
