Requirements
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior interventions.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams toward high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff to ensure effective implementation.
- Provide parent and caregiver training emphasizing real-world outcomes and skill generalization.
- Monitor client progress through data-driven analysis and adjust programs for optimal results.
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery.
