Common Ground Learning, powered by Finni Health, is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, mission-driven team! At Common Ground Learning, we provide high-quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals ages 1–18 across Boise and the Treasure Valley . Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • In-home ABA experience required
  • Background in early childhood development and education
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
  • License / Certification Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services across settings
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Train and support parents and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations
