Who This Role Is For This position is a strong fit for a BCBA who: Wants to grow with a company and help shape clinical direction Values mentorship, collaboration, and leadership support Enjoys staying clinically connected through some 1:1 work Focuses on behavior, regulation, and developmental progress over purely academic programming Prefers working with children 6-14 , including higher functioning/socially complex profiles Leads through collaboration and coaching - not micromanagement Is comfortable having kind-but-direct conversations with staff and caregivers Enjoys mentoring and developing RBTs beyond checklist supervision Has in-home experience (preferred) or is open to being trained with strong mentorship Position Overview As a BCBA at ABA Advantage, you will play a key role in delivering ethical, high-quality ABA services while supporting and mentoring our RBT team. Role structure includes: Hybrid model: primarily in-person with flexible at-home administrative time Caseload: approximately 8 –10 part-time clients with a structured ramp-up period Productivity expectations are guided by client needs rather than arbitrary quotas. Expectations are intentionally set to support ethical care, meaningful supervision, and sustainable wokrloads Strong emphasis on meaningful supervision, staff development, and sustainable clinical practices

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Active Arizona LBA Preferred or in the process of obtaining LBA
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Empathy, professionalism, and ethical integrity
  • Reliability and commitment to quality care

Nice To Haves

  • Has in-home experience (preferred) or is open to being trained with strong mentorship

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and coaching to RBTs
  • Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support generalization
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Uphold BACB ethical standards and professional best practices
