Equitas Academy prepares students for college, careers, and life pursuits, and inspires them to be champions of equity. We currently serve over 2,000 students and four elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles. Equitas Academy seeks a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to strengthen and unify network-wide behavior systems across seven TK–12 schools. This role serves as both a technical expert and capacity builder, partnering with teachers, counselors, school psychologists, and school and network leaders to implement proactive, function-based, and culturally responsive behavior supports. In collaboration with network and school leaders, the BCBA supports the development and execution of Equitas’s equity-centered MTSS/PBIS framework. The BCBA reports to the Director of Student Well-Being & Advocacy. This is a grant-funded position with an anticipated duration of one academic year.
